By using RenderPop, creating an account, or purchasing credits or a membership, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for activity that occurs through your account. Provide accurate information, use the Service only where it is lawful for you to do so, and notify us through the Service if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Your content and permissions

You keep responsibility for the prompts, photos, videos, and other materials you submit. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use them with RenderPop and to create, save, and share the resulting output.

• Do not upload media that violates another person's privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Do not create non-consensual sexualized, deceptive, or impersonation-based content.
• Do not use the Service to break the law, harm others, evade safeguards, or interfere with the Service.

AI-generated output

Generative systems can produce varied and imperfect results. Output may not be unique, accurate, available, or suitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output before you use or share it and for determining whether your use is permitted.

Credits, memberships, and payments

Some features require a signed-in account and credits. The credits required for a generation, membership details, and the price of any purchase are shown in the Service or at checkout before you complete a transaction.

Payments are processed by the third-party payment provider presented at checkout and may also be subject to that provider's terms. We may change available plans, credit packs, prices, or features prospectively by updating the Service.

Availability and suspension

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, including a feature, model, or generation option. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, address suspected misuse, or maintain the security and reliability of the Service.

To the extent allowed by law, RenderPop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
